Q: When will my order arrive?
Check your spam filter for a shipment confirmation email. It should have been sent out the same or the next business day that you put in your order. If you cannot find the email, you can also find the Tracking number within See Orders under My Account. If you didn't provide an email address, please contact us. You can also check the estimated time of your delivery according to our shipping information.
Q: What is the card security code?
The card security code is the 3 or 4 digit security code located in the signature strip on the back of Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards and the front of American Express cards above the credit card number.
Q: How do I get a catalog?
To have a catalog mailed to you, please call our customer service department at our toll free number (877)777-8424 x3.
Q: I am a trying to type in my International Shipping Address and I’m getting an error message. What am I doing wrong?
When filling out the Shipping/Billing information page, you must select the Country first and then select your State/Province. The Province options will only become available after the website identifies you country.
