Q: What is your warranty policy?
LightWedge book lights use white LEDs which are guaranteed for the life of the product. Other parts on LightWedge products are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase.
Q: What is your return policy?
LightWedge products purchased at one of our many worldwide retailers may or may not be returned depending on each store's policies. If you purchased a LightWedge product through LightWedge.com, please see below.
New Products: LightWedge will accept any unopened, unused products purchased through LightWedge.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Defective Products: In the unlikely event your new product arrives and does not work properly, please contact customer service at our toll free number (877)777-8424 x3 or email before mailing the defective unit back.
Q: How do I register my LightWedge?
We no longer require that you have to register your LightWedge Book Light to qualify for warranty service. Just keep your receipt (as proof of purchase) which will serve as the start date for your warranty. LightWedge Book Lights are guaranteed for 1 year.
