If you’re interested in selling LightWedge products in your store, please submit your information here. We will review your company information and contact you shortly.
Q: I live outside the US. How do I become a LightWedge reseller?
If you’re interested in selling LightWedge products internationally, please submit your information here. We will review your company information and contact you shortly.
Q: Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, there are minimum order quantities per product (usually 6 or 12 units per SKU number).
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, American Express, Discover and Mastercard.
Q:How can I track my order?
Please check your email for a shipment confirmation email. It should have been sent out the same or the next business day that you put in your order. If you cannot find the email, you can also find the tracking number within See Orders under My Account.
Q: How long does it take to process and ship an order?
An order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of receipt provided product is in stock at the warehouse.
Q: Should a product not be in stock do you back order product?
We do not allow back orders at this time. Please check back on the website to place an order on an out of stock item.
Q: Is it possible to have a LightWedge product customized?
Yes, our products work well with customization, however, we do not offer this service. Please note that we are happy to ship to your vendor of your choice and usual shipping rates will apply.
Q: Can you process an order via USPS?
No, unfortunately we are unable to process orders at this time via USPS.
