Our products use LEDs which are guaranteed for the life of the product. Other parts on LightWedge products are generally guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase.

Please contact our customer service department to discuss the options for returning your product. Call 877-777-9334 toll free, M-F 9AM to 5PM eastern time to speak to a representative.

Please note that LightWedge products purchased at one of our many worldwide retailers may or may not be returned depending on individual store policies. Returns of products purchased online or at a retailer may need to be handled with that retailer directly.
