Position Title: Web Site Customer Service Representative
Location: 320 Nevada Street, Newton, MA
Hours: 20-25 hours/week to start immediately
Position Summary:
Web Site Customer Service Representative will be responsible for www.biggerandbrighter.com customer service. Main duties include: daily order processing, order packing/fulfillment, phone and email customer service, ordering and stocking products and handling any customer situations that might arise. Additional sales, marketing and administrative projects as required.
Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a high degree of initiative in resolving, developing and implementing problem resolutions.
- Exceptional computer skills.
Experience/Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
