Position Title: Supply Chain Administrator
Location: Newton, MA

Position Summary
Supply Chain Administrator, reporting to Supply Chain Manager, will provide support to Supply Chain Manager, while developing a broad skill set in supply chain functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve production samples
  • Review and approve manufacturing inspection reports
  • Review and approve international shipping documents
  • Maintain accuracy of incoming shipment data to warehouse
  • Maintain accuracy of supply chain schedule in inventory mgt system
  • Maintain accuracy of new “Purchase Order Check List”
  • Maintain procedures for factory compliance with US & EU regulations/requirements (e.g. hazardous goods shipments, lead paint, WEEE, RoHS, etc.), as well as retailer “Code of Conduct” requirements
  • Compile PO’s for review & approval by relevant Supply Chain Managers
  • Review and approve supply chain related invoices
  • Streamline supply chain and operations functions
  • Provide support for distribution out of CA facility
  • Provide support for new/heavy/non-routine projects
  • Take on other duties as assigned

Skills Required:

  • Strong analytical/organizational skills and very high attention to detail; strong oral and written communication skills
  • Detailed knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office applications; expertise with Excel, Access, QuickBooks, NewSuite and/or Sales Force experience a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and produce results in entrepreneurial, fast-paced business environment. Ability to work well under pressure, handling several deadline projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functionally and cooperatively in a team environment

Experience/Education Required:
Entry level role(s) in inventory, import logistics, supply chain management or related roles in a consumer products business.

BA in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or 2 plus years related experience.
